At IOLCP, we believe that every member is an asset to the company, no matter whatever role he/she plays. Hence we pay full emphasis towards their technical and personal growth through our Internal as well External Training Programs. Internal Training Programs: They include both technical and Soft skill based trainings. Leadership development, Time management skills, Negotiation Skills, Supervisor training, Daily work management etc are some of the training programs that are imparted in-house by our experienced professional Management Team. External Training Programs: We nominate our members to training programs and workshops organized by external agencies, institutes etc like CII, ICMA, HRD Foundation, GCM Worldwide etc. This helps the members gain exposure to new concepts and techniques. These concepts are in return shared by the participating members with their other fellow members as a part of in-house training. Performance Orientation : The employees are motivated to give out their best and are duly rewarded on their accomplishments based on their initiative, commitment, and target achievement. Recreational Activities : All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Keeping this in view, IOLCP organizes various recreational activities at timely intervals and also has taken initiative to encourage sports & games between employees. Family get-togethers, Community lunch programs and sports events like Inter-unit cricket matches too are organized time-to-time. |
