Our manufacturing units are equipped with Reactors, Distillation Columns, Heat exchangers, Pumps, Storage Tanks, Piping and allied resources. The vast capacities of our manufacturing units allow us to meet customer requirements of any quantity & complexity. A strict regimen of checks and inspections managed by a highly trained staff in our Quality Assurance Department ensures that all our products comply with established norms and regulations. From procuring raw materials to analyzing finished products, every stage of manufacturing processes is subject to rigorous quality checks. Modern testing methods & equipment such as HPLC, GC, Auto-Titrators, UV Spectrophotometer, Sonicators, Karl Fischer Auto, etc. are used to ensure the high quality of products. By integrating all our manufacturing operations under one singular Distributed Control System, we have been able to boost our control over all our various manufacturing process. Distributed Control System helps ensure the following: - Enhanced control of Process Parameters - Complete Automation of Processes - Digital recording of process parameters. - Single Point Control over operations This high level of integration gives us a great deal of flexibility in meeting complex customization needs. We have establish Power Boiler & Turbine units to cater to the power requirements of our manufacturing requirements. The Power Boiler with a generative capacity of 32 TPH of Steam & the Turbine with a 4.0 MW power capacity is an important step to increasing our independence from the vagaries of external power supply. |
